New clients: Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the client intake form, if you did not fill it out online when booking.

My studio is located on the Northshore at R3 Cryotherapy on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator, for anyone concerned about stairs. Enter through the double glass doors no more than 10 minutes before your appointment please. Then go upstairs and enter through the first door on the left with an R3 logo on it, and walk down the hallway until you see a waiting room on the right. If you haven't seen me yet, I am still with a client or getting the room ready for your appt. Or you can text me when you arrive if you have any questions, or to let me know you are here.

Payments: You may pay online when you book your appointment or in person after your appointment. Cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

Parking: There is parking available for clients during their appointments only in front of the building in the spots marked R3. If for some reason all those spots are taken, there is a parking garage directly across the street, or street parking.

Cancellation Policy: if you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours. No call/no shows may result in a 50% charge of your service.

COVID-19/Illness: after each session, the massage room is disinfected between each client. For the safety of the client and the therapist if you are feeling sick or are contagious please reschedule. If you have symptoms of Covid or have tested positive for Covid please let us know and reschedule your appointment.
