New clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for consult. Please fill out the intake form beforehand if you booked online. If you are unsure about which type of session to book-- Just choose the one that you think fits you best from the description and we will customize it after our consult.
My studio is located on the Northshore in the Kent Street building where R3 Cryotherapy is located, on the 2nd floor. Directions through the building and phone number are in the confirmation email.

Payments: You may pay online when you book your appointment or in person after your appointment. Cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards with a chip are accepted.
Gift Certificates: eGift Cards are available online through the link below. You can send the amount you choose and your personal message to the recipient's email or text message. Choose a template for the holiday or occasion, and send immediately or schedule it. If you'd prefer a physical gift certificate, those are available in the studio for pickup or can be mailed USPS.

Parking: There is parking available for clients during their appointments in front of the building in the spots marked R3 or any of the unmarked ones. If for some reason all those spots are taken, there is a parking garage directly across the street, some parking in the back, or street parking.
Cancellation Policy: if you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible , but at least within 24 hours. No call/no shows may result in a 50% charge of your service.
COVID-19/Illness: after each session, the massage room is disinfected between each client. For the safety of the client and the therapist if you are feeling sick or are contagious please reschedule. If you have symptoms of Covid or have tested positive for Covid please let us know and reschedule your appointment.
