POLICIES
DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the requested service is required to secure your appointment at checkout. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION: We’re happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are only transferable to 1 new appointment scheduled within 30 days of the original. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you're running late, please give us a courtesy call. Services will be shortened to fit within the original appointment time. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, a new appointment will need to be scheduled within one week of the original appointment. If unable too, we require a new deposit to rebook.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: Future appointments will need to be scheduled over the phone and require full payment of the requested service.
REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable.
