Mik will guide you through an active breathing meditation using a pranayama-style breathing technique (2 quick inhales and a quick exhale). This technique is an energizing and deeply cleansing experience. It helps you to move out of your mind, connect deeply with your body and unlock any blockages holding you back. This is a remote session conducted via Zoom. All you need is a quiet area to lay down comfortably.
