Welcome to Landing Space!
-All bookings made are non refundable, no exceptions. We allow one reschedule per appointment made.
-Bookings can be made 90 days in advance (for events/elopements, please email. All events require a planner and insured vendors. No DIY events)
-A photographer is NOT provided by the studio. Make sure you have hired a photographer for the use of space.
-Dogs are allowed but MUST be on leash until entered the space. Please keep them away from other tenants and do not let them use the courtyard to potty.
-Please make sure you are respecting this space and cleaning up after yourself. You will be charged for any stolen/missing items, please be mindful with what you are bringing and taking from the space so we can keep this place running successfully <3
-If booking mini sessions, please ensure enough time for set up and clean up.
-Absolutely NO TAPE on the walls. If you must tape things, please reach out to us prior so we can advise on what to use. There will be a fine if there is damage to walls.
-The space is in a building that is shared with other businesses, we ask that you keep music at an appropriate level to not disturb the other tenants.
-All hourly bookings are meant for one creator and one client, not large groupings or events.
-Each rental includes up to 9 people per booking. For larger groups please select the "add on" for the amount you need (up to 20 people).
-If you are wanting to hang things from the rafters PLEASE let us know prior so we can approve it. We have to protect the integrity of the beams and can NOT have anything heavy hanging.
These rates are for hourly shoots and content creation only. For small events, workshops, classes, micro weddings, or any other inquiry please email directly at thelandingspacelv@gmail.com. Happy to accommodate all the creatives out there, just need more information.
