This applies to all Class Packages:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participating in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Fünketown hereinafter involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, injuries related to physical exercise, strains, sprains, fractures, and other bodily injuries. You are responsible for your own body, and our teachers can not read your mind.

2. Health Disclosure

I affirm that I have disclosed to Fünketown any and all medical conditions, injuries, or other health issues that might affect my ability to participate in physical activities. I agree to inform the Studio of any changes to my health status that may arise before or during my participation.

3. Medical Clearance

I certify that I have consulted with a healthcare provider about my ability to participate in yoga classes and activities. I understand that the Studio does not provide medical advice and that it is my responsibility to obtain medical clearance if necessary.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in yoga classes and activities at the Studio, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in any way related to my participation. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

5. Assumption of Risk

I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and refrain from any activity that causes discomfort or pain. I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in yoga classes and activities, including those arising from my own actions or inactions.

6. Photography and Media Release

I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during classes and events for promotional purposes by the Studio. If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I will inform the Studio in writing.

7. Agreement to Terms

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its contents. I am signing this waiver voluntarily and agree to be bound by its terms. This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
