Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your consultation.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate, as well as appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours working days' notice

Payment

Face to Face consultations are paid at the end of the consultation. You can choose whether to pay by cash, card or by Bank Transfer.

For International and online patients - a PayPal invoice will be sent after the consultation asking for payment before I send the prescription email. Please settle your invoice within 24 hours of your consultation.

For acute consultation, I ask for payment before the consultation. Any problems with booking please email me on renata.hines@protonmail.com

For online consultation, clients are advised to use a computer or large tablet with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Clients should also find a quiet room/place and have sufficient time to spare for the consultation. Clients should be able to concentrate fully on the consultation and not for example be driving, have the TV on, be interrupted by phone calls etc.

This is a time for you, to explore your health, emotions and mind. You owe it to yourself!

20 min maximum. UK only.
1 x 20 mins acute consultation, 1 email check-in between 24 and 48 hours.
Clinic for acutes illness such as flu, fever, food poisoning, in summary for sudden onset illness. It is highly recommended you have an Ainsworths Green 42 remedy kit or Helios Blue 36 remedy kit and Helios First Aid kit at home for immediate access to remedies.

Initial Homeopathic Consultation - Adults and Children - FACE TO FACE or ONLINE (£140 | $190 | €170 )

Initial assessment for chronic conditions.
This One hour session is recommended for new patients with long standing complaints AFTER they have first completed a free 15 minute initial video chat with Hines Homeopathy to discuss their main symptoms and have discussed a treatment plan.
