TERMS AND POLICIES

• NO additional guests (including children) or pets are allowed.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required when booking an appointment online to secure your appointment date and time. Cancelling your appointment at any time, and for whatever reason, will result in you losing/forfeiting deposit paid. 100% of the deposit goes towards the amount due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid on the appointment day.
• We accept CASH (preferred) Debit & Credit cards with a valid ID as well as Pay pal and Apple Pay.
• You must arrive ON TIME to your scheduled appointment . If you have not arrrived 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you will be considered as a "no show". If you “No Show” your scheduled appointment you will forfeit any paid deposit and the remaining balance of the total service will be charged to the card on file - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan or notify accordingly to avoid this from happening.
• RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Doing this will NOT forfeit your deposit instead your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date and time. This may be done from the confirmation email you receive OR you can text (813) 484-3454, sending a direct message on Instagram is NOT sufficient. You are allowed to reschedule only ONCE. Rescheduling more than once (even if more than 24hrs before) will result in forfeiture of original deposit and appointment will require new deposit.
• If you have previous work (tattoo/microblading/ombre), you are required to book a consultation FIRST. If you book a PMU service with previous work and have not booked a consultation your deposit will be forfeited.
• If your Brows have been done previously but not by Dolled by Jae your service is considered as an initial brow service and must be booked accordingly based on the information you received at your consultation with Dolled by Jae. Consultation is required for all previous PMU work not initially performed by Dolled by Jae.
• **TOUCHUPS with Dolled by Jae are NOT INCLUDED & are to be BOOKED SEPARATELY ( all initial PMU services with Dolled by Jae will require a 6 week touch up to be considered a completed service)
• All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, medical conditions, medications taken and aftercare, no results can be guaranteed.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• PARKING is not reserved for Dolled by Jae clients. Public parking is located in the 717 (pay by plate)parking lot on the corner of Royal and Franklin. Parking is your responsibility and any fines acquired are not the responsibility of Dolled By Jae.

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

• Pregnant or nursing

• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

• Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)

• Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Pacemaker or major heart problems

• Organ transplant

• Eczema/ Psoriasis/ Rashes near the treated area

• Accutane in the past 6 months

• Had Botox in the past 6 weeks

• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
