Cancellations made seventy-two (72) hours or more before the appointment date and time will receive a 100% refund or the ability to reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment date and time will receive a 50% refund. Appointments canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment date and time are nonrefundable; you will be able to schedule another appointment at full price.
