      Well...there are some people (like me) who like the time in space to be able to explore under guidance and then have time away to keep exploring until the next time ... These sessions are best suited for the explorers :)

      1 hour @ £95.00

      The 60 minutes is split so that we have 50 minutes together online. When we end the call, I will then make a summary video as well as the movement tutorial and send them to you.
