Homeowners: (intake form required before scheduling an appointment)
- Mortgage Default, Foreclosure Prevention, and other Liens: select "Mortgage Default / Foreclosure Prevention Counseling" appointment type (no fee)
- Homeowner Services (HOS) assistance - including home repair, utility assistance, senior tax exemption: select "HOS, Mortgage and Foreclosure Counseling" (no fee)
- Energy efficiency/home upgrades: select "Energy Efficiency" (no fee)
Prospective Homebuyers:
- Please email us at info@nhsofqueens.org to schedule for the pre-purchase/homebuyer 1-on-1 counseling. Note: Intake form and required documents are to be submitted to our office before scheduling the appointment. ($75 fee)
Queens Residents:
- Affordable Housing or Tenant Services: select "Affordable Housing/Tenant Services" (no fee)
- Workforce Development: Email our office with your resume at info@nhsofqueens.org or come to our office to fill out an intake form. (no fee)
