This is a monthly auto debit membership that will only be cancelled upon the members request.

The member agrees this membership allows each member to access the pool, sauna, ice bath, fire pits and relation areas for a maximum of (1) 2 hour visit per day.

The member agrees that they cannot transfer, load, let use or rent their membership.

The member agrees Venechuk Farms can cancel their membership for any reason and at any time with written notice.

The member agrees to respect and care for Venechuk Farms, the livestock, their fellow members and respect they are on a family farm.

The member agrees that the garden plot can be accessed from dawn until dusk and is the members responsibility to maintain, care for and respect their garden plot as well as the others.

The member acknowledges there is no life guard on duty and care must be taken at all times.

The member agrees they have consulted a doctor before partaking in any activity on Venechuk Farms.

The member acknowledges they are on a working farm and their safety and security is their responsibility.

The member acknowledges they will be around livestock, machinery and in extreme environments and that any activity on Venechuk Farms is use at your own risk.

The members accepts and assumes all liability for themselves and the members around them.

The member accepts that all activities on Venechuk Farms are use at your own risk.

The member acknowledges that Venechuk Farms has a zero tolerance policy for rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour towards anyone or anything on Venechuk Farms at anytime and for any reason.

The member agrees that they do not hold Blake Venechuk, Alyssa Barry, Venechuk Farms, 6 Peaks Ventures, Agri-Kids Society, its shareholders, owners, guarantors, heirs, members or anyone of the like responsible or liable for any injury or death that happens on Venechuk Farms or as a part of Venechuk Farms Programming.
