When you buy a gift certificate or membership from our site, here’s what you’re agreeing to:

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final—we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
No Refunds or Cancellations
Once you make a purchase, it can’t be canceled or refunded—even if you change your mind.
Not for Cash or Resale
Gift certificates and memberships can’t be exchanged for cash (unless required by law), and they aren’t meant to be resold or transferred.
How to Use
Your gift certificate or membership can be used toward the services or products listed on our site. Just follow the instructions provided when you receive it.
Lost a Gift Certificate? We’ve Got You.
If you lose your gift certificate, don’t worry! We can usually look it up for you. Just reach out to us with the name of the purchaser or recipient, and we’ll do our best to track it down.
Heads-Up on Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If that happens, the most current version will always be available here on our website.
Special Packages Do Expire. Please note that all packages (for example 2 classes for $42 dollars) have an expiration and must be used within that time frame. There are no refunds, credits or money back for unused classes.
