Appointment Etiquette
Here at Love Dani Aesthetics, we value your time and experience. Please use this page as a guideline for future appointments. We appreciate your loyalty and understanding.
Deposit
A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book any service. You are responsible for the remaining balance at checkout on the date of your scheduled appointment. For example: If the service costs $100 you will pay a $25 deposit and owe $75 after the completion of your service.
Lateness
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. You have a 10 minute grace period. A LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
Rescheduling | Cancelation
We understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore,We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy is 50% of the service you scheduled if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Appointments may only be rescheduled once prior to 24hr deadline.
No Show
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show,” Our NO SHOW fee is 100% of the scheduled service. Your credit or debit card will be charged. AFTER 3 NO SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH LOVE DANI AESTHETICS
