Booking Information

• To book, A non-refundable booking/session retainer fee paid in full is required which agrees the photo session will be met by both parties (photographer and individual booking the appointment) and secures your appointment date and time with photographer. Appointments are only booked and secure via the retainer fee.
• Booking/Session Retainer fee is due at time of booking your appointment online. If not provided, your booking appointment will be cancelled.

Late Fees

• A $25 late fee will be added to your photo session when you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled photo session time and location. The photo session length time is still the original time allotted even if you are late.
• After 30 minutes late, the photo session will be cancelled and retainer fee not refunded. A new retainer fee will be required to book a new session.

Cancellations

• Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Within 48 hours will result in a $50 rescheduling fee which must be paid at time of rescheduling.
• Acts of God/Inclement weather rescheduling is allowed without penalty.
• If I (photographer) must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client booking/session retainer fee will be fully refunded.
