Booking Instructions
Select a package below that best fits your fitness goals and click the "Add to Cart" button.
After purchasing, you will receive a unique booking code. You will use your unique booking code for booking sessions.
To book a session, click the "Book" button and select your preferred date and time and enter your unique booking code to redeem your purchased sessions.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations should be made at least 12
hours before the scheduled session. Failure to cancel a training session within
this time will result in you being charged for the session. Should you wish to
reschedule a session, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required. If you do not
show up for a scheduled session, the session will be considered a "no-show" and you
will be charged for the session.

Where are you located? MLC Personal and Group Training is located in the fitness center at 500 Seneca in Buffalo, NY.
Is there parking? Yes, free parking is available in the parking lot on Myrtle Ave. Please enter the building through the double glass doors on Myrtle Ave.
Do monthly sessions expire? Yes, monthly packages expire after 30 days of purchase. This is to ensure that you are following a consistent training schedule.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Please refer to the above cancellation policy.
