Please book the Therapeutic Introductory package if you are wanting to start Pilates but are working through pain or injury. This package expires after 30 days. Also, tax is included with price.

      Ready to get your life back after injury or surgery? Our sessions together address strengthening your core through a series of progressive exercises that will improve your strength and stamina and will encourage the healing process of physical therapy or other treatments for your injury or surgery. This package expires after 30 days. Price before tax is $165.

      Our sessions together will challenge you in small and large ways. You will find that exercises you have done before will be enhanced in our Pilates sessions together. We will work together to wake up muscles that just need a little encouragement to work and to not use so much power when it isn't necessary. The Pilates equipment will help and aid in targeting what your core should feel like during exercise and where you don't need to work as hard. We work together to accomplish your goals! You have 7 weeks to use up this package. Price before tax is $350.

      Injury or surgery can interrupt life and how we go about in our activities of daily living. Physical therapy will help you target on strengthening the area of healing but when you need to get back to life, our sessions can do amazing things for your progress. Our personalized sessions together will give you a variety of exercises to target your core and upper and lower body while still working in unison with your therapy. You have 7 weeks to use up this package. Price before tax is $375. Please note this price includes tax.

      Need motivation and support remotely, then choose this package. Get your day started or going with increased flexibility and energy that comes from strengthening in different positions. Please note this packages expires after 7 weeks. Tax is included on this page. Price before tax is $275.
