Important Reminders

• The deposit is to hold the workout time slot. For both individual workouts (+$20) and additional group members (+$30/player), the remaining amount is due at the time of the workout. This can be paid by any method listed on the payment page.
• You will receive a SMS reminder the day before your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out directly via phone.
• Must cancel more than 24 hours prior to your confirmed workout. Less than 24 hours notice requires payment in full prior to your next workout.
