Thank you for booking with me! Before submitting an appointment, please keep the following policies in mind:

General Policies

1. Ensure you have spoken with me directly about the tattoo you want to confirm details and pricing BEFORE booking.

2. No Minors allowed. You must be 18+ with a valid ID to receive a tattoo or come to the appointment.

3. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards your end total. Your remaining balance is due IN CASH.

4. Only ONE person is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Again, no minors.

Scheduling Policies

1. Please be on time. There is a 15 minute grace period before a late fee of $15 will be added to your total.
2. If you will be more than 30 minutes late, or decide to cancel your appointment the day of, you will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit.
3. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 24 hours in advance in order for your deposit to apply to the rescheduled appointment.

*Please note that this can only be done ONCE. If you have to reschedule an already rescheduled appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit.*

      For pre-existing clients who have tattoos by me that need to be touched up.
