Includes (3) personal training sessions a week. (12 sessions a month) Step up your commitment with the silver package, which includes three personal training sessions per week. In addition to the benefits of the bronze package, you'll have an extra session to focus on a specific area. After purchasing the package, you’ll receive an email receipt that includes a link to my calendar where you can easily schedule your personal training sessions.
- Gold Package

Includes (4) personal training sessions a week. (16 sessions a month) The gold package is designed for those ready to intensify their training. With four personal training sessions per week, you'll experience a more comprehensive approach to fitness. I will work closely with you to refine your technique, adjust your workout plan, and keep you motivated towards reaching your goals. After purchasing the package, you’ll receive an email receipt that includes a link to my calendar where you can easily schedule your personal training sessions.
- Nutrition Coaching

Includes: Access to a nutrition course, (1) coaching call a week (4 calls a month), and slack channel support. This program is designed for anyone looking to improve their nutrition and adopt healthier eating habits. It combines a structured nutrition course with weekly coaching calls on Zoom and a slack channel to provide ongoing support and guidance. Each week, we’ll dive into key topics like understanding macronutrients and micronutrients, meal planning, managing cravings, mindful eating, and building sustainable eating habits. After purchasing the program, you’ll receive an email receipt that includes a link to my calendar where you can easily schedule your weekly coaching calls.
