Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may need it.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 20% of the service cost. For missed appointments without notice, an 80% fee will apply, as that time was reserved especially for you.
