A Yoga session in which we use the body as vehicle for energy and the sound as guiding light in order to calm the mental turmoil. The Nada Yoga class mainly mixes: asana | physical postures, use of various sound instruments, mainly tibetan bowls & planetary gongs, Pranayama | resizing vital force through breathing, meditation techniques, mudras, bhandas, mantra chanting.
