Before finalizing your appointment, please read the following and visit the “policies” section of our website for additional details. By paying your deposit, you agree:
- A non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking, the booking fee reserves your date and goes towards your total balance.
- We do not request clients to arrive early and prefer clients arrive just at their scheduled time. However, we do have a 10 minute grace period. Any client who arrives 10 or more minutes late will be asked to reschedule and subject to possibly forfeiting their booking fee.
- Any client who no call/no shows will not only lose their booking fee but will be charged the entire cost of the service missed.
- Any client who is disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate with any staff or artist will be asked to leave, will not be welcome back nor will they be refunded.
- Any appointment cancelled or postponed over one month is subject to price change.
- Any client who cancels their appointment under 48 hours may forfeit their booking fee, having to pay a new fee upon rescheduling.
- Any guests may be asked to leave if they were not previously confirmed by the artist.
Your safety is also very important to us and due to complications, we will not work on clients who suffer from:
- Heart disease
- Diabetes
- Cancer/undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
- Pregnant or nursing mothers
- (Current) use of retinol/retinoid
- (Current) sunburn
- (Current) rash
- Gonorrhea/Syphilis
- Hepatitis
- Herpes/(current cold sore)
- HIV
- Mrsa/Staph
- Scarring/keloids
- TB
- The use of Accutane in the past 12 months
To avoid bleeding and complications during your tattoo please avoid all blood thinners 24 hours prior to your appointment. This includes certain medications, caffeine and alcohol. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling with a new booking fee.
Fine Line Tattoo Clients: All fine line tattoo clients must request an appointment by texting (380) 263-8636. All touchups can be scheduled using the below option.
Lip Blush Clients: Please understand if you have ever suffered from cold sores or fever blisters that any trauma to the lip can cause a flare up. We highly recommend obtaining a preventive, antiviral prescription from your doctor before your procedure and taking it before your appointment and continuing it after.
