Level 1/2 is welcoming to beginners which offers many modifications for postures throughout the class. Most of these listed props are used in class: bolsters, blankets, chairs, blocks, sandbags, and straps.
Each class is a guided progression toward specific muscle groups to approach deeper and more challenging postures within the 75 minute class incorporating balance.
