Date and Time: The headshot sessions are scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Location: The sessions will be held in Studio A147 in the Photo Program.
Cost: Each headshot session costs $30. Please note that there is no tax on this amount.
Arrival: Please arrive at Studio A147 at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth process.
Booking Process:
- Select your preferred time slot from the available options.
- Fill in the required information for all individuals participating in the session.
- Complete the payment process. Payment must be made in advance to secure your appointment.
Preparation for Your Session: We recommend that you come prepared for your headshot. This includes wearing professional attire and bringing any personal grooming items you might need for touch-ups.
Arrival: Please arrive at Studio A147 at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth process.
Digital Files: You can expect to receive the digital files of your portrait session within 4 days following your appointment. We ensure that each image is given the utmost attention in post-processing to bring out the best in your portraits.
Supporting a Cause: Remember, your participation in these headshot sessions not only provides you with professional quality photos but also directly supports the Algonquin College Photography Student Exhibition.
Cancellation Policy:
- If your plans change, please reschedule or cancel your appointment, link below, at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to others.
- Important: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in no refund being given. This policy is in place to ensure maximum support for the Algonquin College Photography Student Exhibition.
