Client Guidelines & Policies
Thank you for choosing SYNsationalEsthetics!
I am a solo Licensed Esthetician operating out of my home studio in Clinton Township, MI. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following policies:
Guests & Children: Please do not bring additional guests and/or children to your appointment (unless prior agreement has been made). This is your time to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting!
Booking & Cancellations: No deposit is required at this time, however clear communication is appreciated if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. I will be happy to help find another time that works best for you.
Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact me immediately to confirm if your appointment can still be accommodated. Failure to communicate will result in automatic cancellation and a $20 late cancellation fee.
No-Call / No-Show: A $20 “No-call/No-show” fee will apply if you cancel after your scheduled appointment time or fail to show up. I may choose to waive this fee based upon the situation, but if not, it must be paid before you can rebook.
Reminders: Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation. A personal text will be sent the day before your appointment. You must confirm in order to receive the address. First-time clients, please visit the FAQs page before your appointment to know how to best prepare for your visit.
