We offer 60 minute sessions and 90 minute sessions. If you're not sure which would be best for you, the 60 minute session is perfect for a relaxation focused massage. However, if you're looking to work on more specific muscle tension, the 90 minute session is much more appropriate to achieve those goals.

Remember that when booking an appointment, the time you select is the time the massage should begin. If this is your first massage with All Bodies you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment to complete the health questionnaire and discuss your massage goals with your massage therapist. If you've seen us before, 10 minutes early should be enough to catch up on how you've been feeling and what you'd like to accomplish during your session.

Online booking is currently available for Saturday-Tuesday. If you wish to make an appointment Wednesday-Friday, please send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate your scheduling perferences!
