Before Booking an Appointment:
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or text with the full address and important details regarding your appointment.
• A £1 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Payments for deposits can be made by card.
• Payment methods accepted for services include cash and card.
• Please note, I do not remove or work over nail enhancements done by another technician. Please ensure your nails are free of any product before attending your appointment
Cancellations:
• If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible to avoid fees.
• Less than 10 hours’ notice: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
• 10-24 hours’ notice: 75% of the appointment fee will be charged.
Lateness:
• Arriving on time is essential to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a 50% lateness fee will be applied. This is to respect both your time and other client’s appointments.
