Please be sure to book a "New Patient" appointment if you've not been seen at this location before. Otherwise, choose a "Follow-Up" appointment.
If you have small children and are interested in bringing them with you but would like them to be monitored outside of the treatment room, choose a "Follow-Up with Littles" appointment.
If you do not see the appointment time you are looking for, please reach out via text so we can work something out!
All appointments require 24 hour cancellation notice. 1st late cancellation is free, 2nd will result in a 50% charge and 3rd a 100% charge.
Note: If you are allergic to cats or just don't like them, please be sure to text ahead of time. There's a very friendly house cat who is eager to meet guests, but is also happy to take a nap upstairs if preferred.
