‣ Bring your towel & slides/thongs. If you have forgotten your towel, you can hire one for $10 at reception.

‣ Please be mindful of our strict 9 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

‣ Please be mindful of our quiet time sessions, where there is no talking & distraction.
