Ali as your private instructor will design your own personal Sadhana (Yoga practice) to your specific needs whether this is focused on a physical area of the body, an overall sequence to strengthen your home practice, or maybe you want to gain further knowledge about yoga overall.Ali will demonstrate how to safely practice Asana (Yoga poses) and discuss their benefits. Each Sadhana will be personally developed with a email sent prior to the appointment with some simple Q&A's abut what you are wanting.
