To experience the art of zenthai shiatsu, I provide sessions in a cosy sanctuary within the Upper Blue Mountains.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment which can be settled upon making an online appointment.
For new clients, I recommend booking in 90 minutes to allow your body to ease into the practice, calm the nervous system and give yourself the time to fully receive the benefits from our busy schedules!
I also recommend filling in the client form to set any intentions for yourself, address ways I can support you and list injuries and pre-existing conditions.
