Thank you for choosing our chiropractic services. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing the purchase and utilization of our chiropractic package:

Package Details: The Family Foundation and Foundation packages includes 12 adjustments, the Family Essential and Essential packages includes 26 adjustments, and the Family Peak and Peak packages includes 52 adjustments, to be utilized within a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable: The purchase of this chiropractic package is non-refundable. Once the package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for adjustments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling appointments well in advance to ensure preferred time slots.
Expiration: All adjustments included in this package must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. Any adjustments not utilized within this time frame will expire and cannot be carried over, extended, or refunded unless another package is purchased, in which case, the unused appointments from the expired package can be carried over into the new package.
Transferability: This chiropractic package is non-transferable. Adjustments included in the package cannot be transferred to another individual, nor can the package be transferred to another person or entity.
Individual Use: The chiropractic package is intended for use by one individual only. It cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
Additional Services: Any additional services beyond the scope of the included adjustments will be subject to additional charges as per our standard fee schedule.
Health Considerations: It is important to disclose any relevant health information to your chiropractor before receiving adjustments. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or pregnancies that may affect the suitability of chiropractic treatment.
Liability: While our chiropractors strive to provide safe and effective care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with chiropractic treatment.
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other channels where the package is offered for purchase.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
