Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that clients contact us 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a same day cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled treatment(s) will be charged to the card on file. We understand life happens, and sometimes you can't make it to your booking. Our cancellation policy is in place due to the short notice of same day cancellations and no-shows, making it difficult to reallocate the appointment time to another client. This ensures and maintains a high quality service every time you visit.
