While paying beforehand is a choice, it is not obligatory; you can also opt to pay on the day of your session.

In your initial session, we will explore any prior counseling experiences you may have had and delve into the reasons for seeking counseling. Expect a conversational exchange where I will actively listen, take notes, and pose relevant inquiries to grasp your background and understand your counseling objectives better.

The counseling journey will progress at a pace that suits you, without any pressure to discuss topics until you are prepared and at ease to do so.
