Spa Appointment Policy:
At Glow Up Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients' needs. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all, we have established the following appointment policy:
- Appointment Booking:
- All appointments must be booked in advance either through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the spa.
- To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will be securely stored on file and will not be charged until after your service is completed.
- Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
- Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service's total cost.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show.
- In the event of a no-show, your card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service's total cost.
- Late Arrival Policy:
- We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, to ensure that all clients receive their full service and to avoid inconvenience to others, we enforce a 15-minute grace period.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged accordingly.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
