The Client acknowledges that the Photographer/Service Provider retains all rights to the RAW files and that they are considered proprietary information. The Client shall not request, demand, or expect delivery of RAW files as part of the services provided under this contract.
The client is allowed 2 revisions free of charge. Any revision after will be an additional fee.
Payment types accepted are as follows– Cash, Check, and Zelle. 50% deposit must be paid to secure date and time. Remaining balance must be paid the final day of production. All transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event of a late payment, the client is subject to a $50 LATE FEE. The Late Fee shall be applied to any outstanding payments not received by the Photographer/Service Provider within the specified due date. The Late Fee shall be applied every thirty (30) day cycle thereafter until the outstanding payment is received by the Company.
The client is permitted to reschedule up to 48 hours before production date and time. In the event of rescheduling within 48 hours of production, it will be considered a CANCELLATION. Client is granted a total of 2 reschedulings without incurring an additional deposit fee. Any rescheduling beyond the allowed limit of 2 will require a new deposit fee.
In the event of a CANCELLATION, the client forfeits their deposit and will require a new deposit for a future booking.
This quotation may be accepted to form a binding contract upon issuance of a purchase order to Hailey Landin referencing this quote and the terms and conditions.
