Our Process

If you are a new patient:

1. Select Pre-Assessment Consultation with Dr Maclay.
2. Select a time for your consultation.
3. Fill Out your Health Questionnaire.
4. Pay for your consultation.
5. At the time of your consultation Dr Maclay will call you on your phone or a Video Call via your laptop.

If you have previously attended the Pre-Assessment Consultation:

1. Select Comprehensive Consultation (to discuss pathology results and personalised treatment plan) or Review Consultation (for your three-monthly review).
2. Select a time for your consultation.
3. Pay for your consultation.
4. At the time of your consultation Dr Maclay will call you on your phone or a Video Call via your laptop.

We will send reminder emails throughout.
