- Unsure which service to book? Contact us for personalized guidance.
3. Prepare for Your Appointment
- Remove Makeup: Ensure your eyes and lashes are free from makeup, oils, and lotions for better adhesive bonding.
- Avoid Certain Products: Do not use waterproof mascara or oil-based products 24 hours before your appointment.
- Arrive on Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment for any necessary paperwork and preparation.
4. Health Considerations
- If you have any eye infections or allergies, please reschedule your appointment.
- Inform us of any medical conditions or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment.
5. Lash Refill Policy
- Timing: Refills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment to maintain the quality and longevity of your lash extensions.
- Full Sets: Any appointment scheduled after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
- Lash Requirements: To qualify for a refill, at least 40% of your lash extensions must still be intact.
6. Booking Restrictions
- Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or a need to reschedule.
- Confirmation Text: We will send a confirmation text 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a response, your appointment will be canceled.
7. Aftercare Instructions
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment to help maintain the results and longevity of your treatment. Proper aftercare is essential for the best outcome, regardless of the service received, whether it's lashes, facials, laser hair removal, or teeth whitening.
