Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up for a subscription with The Futbol Factory. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Weekly Session Commitment:

By signing up for a subscription, you are committing to attend weekly soccer sessions provided by The Futbol Factory.

2. Billing and Payment:

2.1. You understand that you will be charged from the time/day of purchase and after that every 4 weeks from that day.

2.2. The charges will continue indefinitely until you cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy (SMALL GROUP TRAINING ONLY):

3.1. If you are unable to attend training for ANY reason you will NOT be able to reschedule or be refunded. (See below about cancellation due to weather etc.)

4. Cancellation Policy (PRIVATE TRAINING & 2 PLAYER TRAINING ONLY):

4.1. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. You must notify 360 Soccer at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a session.

4.2. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

You can cancel at any time with no minimum commitment when signing up for a The Futbol Factory subscription. Please note that after your first cancellation, a $40 reactivation fee will apply.

5. Membership Cancellation: You can cancel at any time with no minimum commitment when signing up for a The Futbol Factory subscription. Please note that after your first cancellation, a $40 reactivation fee will apply.

5.1. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide The Futbol Factory with a minimum of two weeks' notice in advance.

5.2. Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

6. Weather Policy:

6.1. In the event of inclement weather, if the session is 50% or more complete, there will be no rescheduling.

6.2. If the session is less than 50% complete, The Futbol Factory will reschedule the session to another day.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Futbol Factory for Small Group Training:8.1. If you are unable to train for ANY reason the session will be lost and you will NOT be eligible to reschedule or be refunded.

8. Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Futbol Factory for Private Training / 2 Player Private Training:

8.1. If 360 Soccer needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make up that session within the following four weeks.

8.2. A session can be made up with any coach on staff.

9.3 A maximum of 1 session can be credited if a session cannot be rescheduled within the same month. Any additional missed sessions will be lost.

10. Coach Availability:

10.1 In the event that your assigned coach is unavailable due to vacations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, training sessions will be rescheduled within the same month or the following month.
