You MUST book a consultation prior to your appointment to determine your eligibility for services and to discuss your desired results, along with any planning required for services that may require multiple sessions.
A 20-25%deposit will be paid upon booking that will go towards the total service cost and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day. In-person consultations will be paid in full.
Please kindly give a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook you and to avoid the risk of your deposit becoming non-transferrable.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, there will be a 20 minute grace period until a reschedule becomes necessary. After the 20 minutes, your deposit is no longer transferrable and you will need to put down a new deposit for a new appointment. Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.
We love children and pets, but the law states that anyone that comes into our studio must be 18+, so please leave them at home.
A fee of 50% will be charged to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows, you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
We are happy to touch up any work, however,***no refunds*** will be granted for any services.
