✔ Remove and replace caulking/siliconized grout common to shower and bathtub perimeter.
✔ Install using standard techniques and processes with locally available product of similar color to match original product.
✔ Scope of work includes 2 vertical shower corners as well as the perimeter of the bathtub up to 25 linear feet.
✔ Grout R&R, repair, and/or permanent marks from long term mold are a separate charge to repair if required.

✔ One new grab bar installed anywhere in your home
✔ Customer to provide grab bar

✔ AC and bracket (if required) is customer provided

✔ Remove and replace the door lock (customer-supplied lock) at the customer-specified location.

✔ Remove and replace up to two light fixtures.
✔ Drywall repair or paint is not expected (unless added-on)
