INTAKE APPOINTMENTS WILL TAKE THE FULL 30 MINUTES. ZOOM WINDOW CLOSES 15 MINUTES AFTER SCHEDULED START TIME. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

After your 1st visit, follow up 30 minute monthly coaching and progress review appointments can be scheduled for any weekday.
