Please review the intake and consent forms prior to booking to ensure you are a candidate for the service selected.
A credit card will be kept on file to hold your appointment but will not be charged. You may pay for your appointment prior or post service by using the confirmation link sent to your email/phone.
No shows will be charged 50% of the service to accomodate lost time. There is a 24 hour rescheduling/cancellation period prior to your appointment please keep this in consideration.
There is a 10 min grace period before your appointment if you are running late. Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled if that time frame has passed. Please communicate with us if you will be late at (931) 674-1372 by phone or text.
*In order to provide a personalized experience, please no children or extra guests in the treatment room.
