Appointment Details:

• Please select your time zone at the booking page.
• Our Google Meet sessions are not live divinations; we perform calculations after receiving your intake form and interpret the results during the video call.
• We will email you the Google Meet link after your booking is confirmed.
• You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the start time.
• Please set up your video and audio settings before the Google Meet session. Unfortunately, we can't offer extra time or refunds for delays on your end.

Policies:

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. If we need to reschedule or cancel, we will notify you at least 4 hours in advance and provide a refund if necessary.
• No shows are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if you have any concerns.
• In case of any disputes, Chi Rituals reserves the final decision.
