Terms and Conditions

• If the weather isn't good enough, the date will be postponed to the end of August/September. If you are unable to make the new date, we will issue a full refund.
• Families may cancel their shoot and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to the shoot. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the shoot will not be eligible for a refund.
• We hope to deliver photos by the 10th August 2024.
• As the shoot is only 25 minutes, it isn't possible to include extended family members beyond grandparents.
• Please ensure you arrive on time as late arrival will result in a shorter shoot.
• Photos will be given to you on a password protected gallery. You will be able to download them high res from there. Photos will not be used online without your permission.
• Photos will be edited as a mixture of colour and black and white. We will not be able to reedit photos once you have received them.
• If you would like a specific photo, please do email us before your shoot.
