Somatic Sound

To ensure sessions start on time, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring any additional items that may enhance your experience, such as an eye mask, pillow, or extra layers. Bringing a bottle of water is also recommended to stay hydrated throughout the session.
