For existing clients. 2 check-ins per year is recommended. If you have already done the initial consult and you would like to address additional or new health concerns or deepen your wellness journey, select this experience.

For existing clients. This consult is specifically designed for wellness check-ins, progress, and questions from previous consults. Use this as a way to get clarity or talk through ways to better integrate previous changes you have made.

Video conferencing or in-person session are available with this package.
The best way to welcome health into your life at a reduced cost from buying single consultations. If you’re a new client, the package starts with a 90-minute initial consultation and 6 follow-up sessions, and customized plan. Existing clients can break up consultations based on your individual needs. Note the package must be used within one year of purchase.

Each year I approve a small pool of need-based individuals to receive an Ayurveda consultation.
