Membership Overview

The Beauty Bank Membership is a subscription-based program allowing members to access exclusive salon retail products, replacement hair extensions, hair color, hair extension maintenance, and wellness services. Monthly payments are credited to the member's account and can be used toward eligible services.

Monthly Fees

Membership fees are automatically billed monthly.

Unused credits roll over month-to-month and do not expire.

Eligible Services

Credits may be applied to select services, including hair treatments, hair color, extensions, Reiki sessions, and other eligible offerings.

Cancellation and Refunds

Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice. Your beauty bank credit will remain in your "bank," but the discounts on the services and products end on the date of cancellation.

Appointment Scheduling

Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of credits for that appointment. (Our regular cancellation policy is a $75 fee for cancellations within 48 hours and a $100 fee for cancellations within 24 hours. Not calling or texting me to cancel or cancellations that happen after the start of the appointment time are charged 100% of the cancellation fee.

Non-Transferable

Membership benefits and credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

Changes to Membership

Ali Coplin Hair reserves the right to modify membership fees, terms, or services with 30 days' written notice to members.

Agreement

By enrolling in the Beauty Bank Membership, members agree to these terms and conditions.
