Appointments are scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or first come first serve basis.

Availability must be confirmed with the therapist before scheduling.

All appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable to different times and days.

Clients will be reimbursed for therapist cancellations.

If a recurring weekly or bi-weekly time has been agreed upon the client can schedule as far in advance as they'd like.

Sessions that are not scheduled will not take place.
