During our session together, we'll cover: your workout and injury history, your goals, and barriers to success. We'll evaluate your lifestyle habits, decision-making, and current fitness level (including movement patterns, stability, endurance, and strength). Our goal will be to determine what and how I can best coach you toward your goals.
NOTE: Required ability-goal small groups; Optional for Pop-Up Workouts & Online Coaching.
